Scrum Master

• 7+ years of experience.
• Familiarity and expertise with Agile principles and frameworks, including story writing and estimation, facilitation, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement (CI).
• Experience working and proficiency in performing the role of Scrum Master.
• Expertise in facilitation and tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), prioritization, backlog refinement, and specialty workshops.
• Proven capabilities in: (i) delivery, (ii) reporting and metrics, (iii) Agile toolchains (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry on multiple teams.

• Supports those outside the aligned team(s) to understand which of their interactions with the team(s) are effective and which aren’t. Helps everyone change these interactions to improve the value built by the Agile team.
• Supports all aspect of risk management and impediment resolution.
