Insight Global is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic realignment and operational optimization. This individual will guide the organization through transformation initiatives by providing expert insights, hands-on development guidance, and actionable strategies. The role includes conducting in-depth business assessments, identifying inefficiencies, recommending strategic recalibrations, and driving the adoption of agile methodologies and quality assurance frameworks. The Specialist will support the execution of new strategies, ensure seamless transitions, and foster continuous improvement across departments, while facilitating communication and alignment at all organizational levels. The environment is a digital sales product ecosystem that partners with design, tech and marketing stakeholders to optimize upper funnel sales flows and product environment for web and mobile applications. This person should be comfortable managing product flows, working and presenting with multiple stakeholders and enduring the customer experience from a digital transformation point of view is aligned to the product roadmap.

7+ years of digital transformation or strategic advisory experience
Hands on experience in a Digital Product organization supporting Mobile and Web based applications
Experience with change management within a digital environment
Well versed in business process improvement strategies and optimization of digital product workflows
Experience working in an agile environment with multiple cross functional partners - design, marketing and tech
Able to work with data to make data driven decisions and product requirement refinements
Comfortable in a fast paced environment, building Google Decks to present to stakeholders
Experience integrating business processes across cross functional teams
Knowledge of sales experiences, conversational and chat bot applications
Experience in enterprise architecture or internal transformation roles
