Our financial services client is looking for a QA/Automation tester to join their team to support the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) project, a new financial product designed to allow multiple employers to participate in a single 401(k) plan. By pooling resources, the PEP aims to reduce expenses such as auditing, IRS-related costs, and other administrative fees for individual employers. The position focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of the PEP product by creating and executing automated test scripts, validating core functionality, and performing comprehensive system testing. Leveraging tools such as Selenium and Postman, the role plays a vital part in safeguarding product integrity across various client segments, including small businesses, enterprise accounts, and workforce management solutions.
