Insight Global is looking for a Business Process Owner to join the Global Planning Excellence organization at a large consumer healthcare organization in New Jersey. This individual will be joining the organization to lead continuous improvement for tools, technologies, and processes within their environment. The Business Process Owner will be development new working instructions per system and partnering with business users and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for issues that may arise. They will also be driving process improvements for tools, technologies, and processes as it relates to various process areas or initiatives for the greater organization. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of SAP, APO, and Supplier Collaboration and experience working in an end-to-end supply chain environment within the manufacturing industry with strong collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain environment
- Experience with process improvements or transformation within SAP
- Experience within manufacturing industry
