Privileging Overhaul Project Leading a one-time, six-month project to overhaul the Department of Privileges (DOPs), focusing on delineation of privileges and updating outdated criteria. Responsibilities include coordinating with chiefs and chairs, facilitating discussions with division heads, and navigating the three-step committee approval process, with board meetings held quarterly.

- Experience overseeing an overhaul/update/etc. of Delineation of Privileges (DOP) for a hospital
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in evaluating and reconciling privileges across sites
- Expertise with the Symplr credentialing platform
- Comfort working remotely (laptop will be provided by client)
- Ability to interface with high level stakeholders and schedule meetings with them
Leadership experience + strategic oversight of the Symplr platform
