Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support the upkeep and repair of plant mechanical systems and building equipment. This role involves assisting senior maintenance personnel, installing piping and mechanical components, and troubleshooting routine mechanical issues, including gaining familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The mechanic will also contribute to the construction and repair of plant equipment, maintain accurate records, and ensure all assigned work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe. Flexible in taking on additional tasks as assigned. In alignment with our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, the role requires active participation in EHS initiatives, strict adherence to safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and timely reporting of any safety concerns, injuries, or illnesses. Attendance at all required EHS training sessions is also expected.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years experience working in industrial manufacturing environment in a mechanical role or related experience
Experience with hydraulic or pneumatic equipment, vacuum leak detector, sprockets, lathe, millers, grinders, welder, compressors, small hand tools and safety equipment
Highschool Diploma or GED
Committed to working Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights 6pm - 6:30am)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Boiler Operator License
