Design, construct, and install new capital equipment to support manufacturing operations.
Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, cost justification, project planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
Research and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of downtime and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for both manufacturing and maintenance teams.
Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of facility systems such as vacuum pumps, cooling towers, combustion systems, and material handling equipment.
Recommend and help implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

3+ years experience as a Mechanical Equipment or Manufacturing Engineer in industrial manufacturing environment
Hands on background with mechanical equipment for industrial hydraulics and vacuum pumps
Working knowledge of PLCs Systems Allen Bradley
Experience with troubleshooting, creating and maintaining equipment drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
Experience with Mechanical Drawings and AutoCAD
