Job Description

One of our large financial institution clients is looking for an Audit Manager to assist with issues validation assignments. This individual will be responsible for the following:

-Collaborate with various team members, including senior audit personnel, to manage extensive documentation processes.
-Engage with business partners to streamline processes.
-Coordinate with QA and testers to identify and address requirements.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
-Ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.
-Adhere to established processes, templates, and tools as defined by TD.
-Maintain clear communication with audit managers regarding findings.
-Prioritize tasks and collaborate with business units to address needs.
-Follow the bi-weekly board reporting procedure.
-Operate independently while effectively contributing to team efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

-Over 5 years of overall audit experience
-Over 2 years of experience in issues validation.
-Proficient in client management and stakeholder engagement.
-Extensive audit experience within the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) banking sector.
-Proven audit management expertise.
-Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of work successfully.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite.
-Strong regulatory experience.
-Solid governance experience.
-Comprehensive compliance experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Banking or FI experience
