Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join the transformation team in the supply chain excellence organization of a large consumer healthcare company. The Project Manager will have oversight over multiple work streams and transformation projects tied to integrated business readiness. They will be responsible for program management, change management, and stakeholder relationships. This individual will be responsible for assessing each project and their interdependencies to create a strategic approach and manage risk. The Project Manager will be driving cross-functional collaboration, delivering program updates and insights to key stakeholders and leadership. This individual will be critical to change management strategies to empower successful transformations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, creative and strategic thinking, and project management skills in the overall supply chain industry.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years experience in project management within supply chain or operations
- Experience with risk management
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Experience with transformation programs
- Strong communication skills
