Job Description

We are looking for a Project Portfolio and Controls Consultant to join the Global Real Estate organization of a large consumer healthcare organization. This individual will be responsible for Portfolio Management, Project Controls, Stakeholder Engagement, and Continuous improvement. They will develop, implement, and manage the portfolio framework that aligns with strategic goals that includes resource capacity, risk tolerance, and financial targets. They will be key to the assessment of project performance, dependencies, and value realization. The Consultant will establish governance standards and project controls to ensure there is a standard for project reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Also, they will be a key to aligning stakeholders both internally and externally to guide on best practices and portfolio management. Lastly, they will identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- Degree Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 810 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or program management, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a consumer health or related industry.
