Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Corporate/Compliance Paralegal for one of our law firms based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This role will be hybrid remote after an onsite training period for about 90 days.

As a Corporate/Compliance Paralegal you will be collaborating closely with the General Counsel and HR Director, supporting them daily. You will collaborate with the General Counsel providing support on all corporate transactions, preparing and filing necessary compliance documents with regulatory bodies, and maintaining records of compliance activities and report on compliance status. While assisting the HR Director, you will be responsible for reviewing various agreements for accuracy and consistency and ensuring contract compliance and alignments with internal policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
Drafting and filing documents to ensure compliance with securities regulations and other state and federal requirements.
Vendor and Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and revising additional legal documents, including contracts, agreements, resolutions, and corporate filings.
Assisting with EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) conflicts and other policies and procedures.
Assisting in the preparation of documents for all corporate transactions.
Organize and maintain corporate records, ensuring accuracy for all legal entities and the related documents are up to date.
Assist in ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and file necessary compliance documents with regulatory bodies.
Maintain records of compliance activities and report on compliance status.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Knowledge of legal support software and systems
- Associate or bachelors degree
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Paralegal Certification
