Insight Global is looking for a Junior IT Project Manager for a six month contract-to-hire position that is based in Parsippany, NJ. This Junior IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple IT Projects from end-to-end. This includes planning, budgeting, working with suppliers, leading team meetings, and presenting results/progress to leadership as-needed. The ideal candidate will be very well-rounded with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional departments within the organization. They will be handling a wide variety of projects that vary in size/scope, and will be responsible for achieving the desired outcomes. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of IT Project Management experience (preferably within Life Sciences industry)
Bachelor’s Degree – Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
Experience managing multiple projects (Both Agile/Waterfall)
Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP Certification
Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience presenting to clients and/or key stakeholders
Experience working in a newly established PMO
