Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master for an opportunity with a large Banking client in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area. This person will join a large team that focuses on the Bank's account onboarding platform. This platform provides cross-channel support of account onboarding, for both personal and business banking clients. This is an Agile environment, and Scrum Masters will be a part of 2 "Pods", which consist of Developer, BSA, Service Delivery, and QE resources. This Scrum Master will handle daily scrum meetings and will be working on the existing Sales application, which is customer facing. Prior banking/financial services experience is highly preferred, as well as the experience working on customer-facing, external applications.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' Scrum Master experience
- Professional Scrum Master Certification
- Experience leading Java based development projects
- Experience working on customer facing applications
- Prior experience in the Banking/Financial Services space
