Insight Global is looking for a IT Service Management (ITSM) analyst to support a large Public Sector account. You will be responsible for all change, incident and problem management processes as well as Service Level reporting. You will also be leading and facilitat6ing meetings and collaborating with the technical staff and other stake holders to coordinate the stability of service. This is a REMOTE role but you must be able to work PST and reside in the PST time zone.
