A client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Design Manger to manage, unify, and elevate the product design team. This person will not only be managing the team, but also acting as an individual contributor, mentor, and spokesperson from time to time. The role also involves overseeing and owning the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products, with experience in governing and defining design systems being essential. Proven experience in product design, UX Design, etc. with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a design team of 3 or more direct reports
Experience in reimagining application functionality and aesthetics for b2b SaaS products and product lines
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and develop team members.
Experience overseeing and owning design systems, design system governance, and defining a design system
