A large off price retailer is looking to hire an IT Project Manager to join their Project Management Office for a new software implementation project. The team is in the early stages of implementing Coupa software. This person will be responsible for scheduling, joining, and running meetings with internal employees and third part vendors in order to push the project along. Since the project is in a integration phase most of meetings will be run around designing, requirement writing, and building. Once a month this person will be responsible for presenting project updates to the CFO & COO. The ideal person will be comfortable having a meeting heavy schedule. The team is currently using Smartsheet but the candidate can have experience with any project management tool.

- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability and comfortability presenting to executives
- PMP certified
- Previous experience scheduling and running meetings
- Retail experience as a Project Manager
