Insight Global is seeking a Master Scheduler to support a leading pharmaceutical company's location in Switzerland. This a remote role, but does require fluency in German to support site personnel.
Responsibilities:
Ensure alignment between the site Plan of Record and Finite Schedule
Work with end-to-end functions, including manufacturing, process engineering, Plant engineering, Calibrations,Lab and warehouse, to deliver site plan
Managing, Coaching and mentoring of Finite Production Schedulers
Work with other schedulers on site (Master Scheduler, Plant Engineering, Lab, IFM) to ensure alignment.
Support finite schedule governance process
Continuous Improvement of site schedule process
Project Management of key schedule impacting projects - automation updates, new product introduction, resource scheduling for operations in PPQ and Commercial phases
Support MPS continuous improvements

8+ years of finite scheduling experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
High level of proficiency in Emerson RTMS
Experience managing scheduling for production,
automation updates, new product introduction, resource scheduling for operations in PPQ and Commercial phases
Good stakeholder management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders that support the site
Ability to speak, read, and write German
