Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Adobe Engineer to join a Global Productivity & Collaboration Technology Services team to improve Adobe service operations. This engineer will be a key contributor to the enhancement of Adobe platform and products and the delivery of new capabilities and relevant projects. This role is fully remote and working hours will follow North American business hours.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years in a role serving and managing Adobe Sign solutions and integrations end to end in complex environments operated on multiple consoles for 100k+users
Technology expert in Adobe Sign platforms, Adobe Document and Creative Cloud Apps
- Cloud-based license management
- Acrobat and Read installations
- Adobe Creative Cloud produce suite enhancements
Recent L3 support, cross-team and user communication, vendor relationship, and L1 and L2 experience
Active knowledge and experience in these domains:
- Sign and certificates related use cases in Acrobat
- Special configurations
- Global enterprise dynamic teams
- ITMS tool and processes
- Support and end user teams communication
- Application lifecycle support and management
- Delivery of new capabilities
- Change management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow, ITSM support and knowledge management processes
Desktop Application management to deploy and update the software in a large PC environment (Win10 and Win11)
PowerApps based automation, PowerShell and Python are an asset
Entra (AD) and Identity and Access Management based user and license provisioning processes
GxP regulation basics
IT security fundamentals
JIRA fundamentals
