Job Description

A client in the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey area is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This person will assist our Accounting and Finance leaders with
various tasks in the areas of cash flow, payment operations, fund management, and internal control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for payments
Responsible for processing timely payments to the vendors in US and Canada branch
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital
investment requirement
Maintain banking relationships
Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over
treasury activities
Monitor the activities of corporation credit card and meet ongoing operations.
Invoice payment by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing
disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
Apply cash receipts to customer accounts
Resolves account receivable discrepancies and reconcile unapplied and credit memos
against outstanding invoices by investigating documentation and email
Provide customers and team leaders with A/R analyst report to help support collection
Processing credit reports for verification, establishing validity of information provided.
Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of expense policies and procedures
including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a K-SOX
Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial
accounting activities (BPO, 4PL)
Ad hoc duties and reports

Breakdown of day-to-day:
35% - Financial Plan Reporting (BS/IS/Cash Flow)
30% - Payment Processing (A/P) & Collections Reconciliation (A/R)
15% - Financial Audits
10% - Credit Card & Account Management
10% - Banking Relations

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
0-1 year of experience (entry level is okay)
Bilingual in Korean (Written and Verbal)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
