Design user-friendly, accessible AI experiences for multiple interaction use cases and audiences, while ensuring consistency across products/platforms and adhering to best practices
· Provide competitive UX research & comparative analysis to help define best practices
· Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders
· Produce design documentation, including site maps, user personas & flows, style guides and slides
· Use Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs, reusable patterns and templates; produce interactive prototypes
· Eloquently present research and design solutions to stakeholders and leadership
· Collaborate with UX Lead to develop and maintain AI experience design system to ensure consistency and scale across products
· Actively participate in team critique, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products

5+ years professional design experience, 3+ years of AI design experience across multiple platforms, including LLMs, web apps, mobile, and chatbots
