Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Tax Analyst to support one of our large Telecommunications clients based in Basking Ridge, NJ. This person will join the Indirect Tax Group and work within the Sales Tax team supporting sales and use tax functions. Working on a small team, this candidate will be responsible for making sure tax returns are being handled and processed by an outside Accounting Firm efficiently and accurately. The day to day includes preparing reconciliations for the outside accounting partners, account reconciliations, reviewing files for any discrepancies or errors, and closing of monthly books. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running. This is a hybrid position - 2 days a week onsite in Basking Ridge, NJ (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). These positions are open to backfill 3 full-time employees.

5+ years of experience supporting indirect tax compliance
Sales and use tax experience at a large company -- experience with internal and external tax compliance
Strong Excel experience -- Manipulating/analyzing large data sets, Pivot Tables, Power Queries
Bachelor's Degree
Automation Experience - Alteryx/Automation Anywhere, SAP, Vertex
