Responsible for reviewing and processing customer return requests that come into a shared inbox
Validating that return requests are within the company's return policies
Checking serial numbers and product information in the system
Communicating with customers to approve, reject, or request additional information on return requests
Entering approved return requests into the system
Will work closely with returns reconciliation team to coordinate on any post-return issues or discrepancies

4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role can substitute for lack of degree
o Or minimum/internship experience with associate or bachelors degree
Basic Excel skills for data entry and processing
Ability to understand and apply return policies
Attention to detail to validate serial numbers and product information
Strong communication skills to interact with customers
