A Fortune 50 Pharmaceutical and Medical Device company is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. This person will be responsible for designing digital learning content for internal field sales representatives and health care professionals in the digital surgery division. This includes creating new content to support the continued learning of the digital surgery platform, and some work will be to improve existing learning materials and make them more engaging and user-friendly! This person will be interacting heavily with technical, clinical, and marketing SMEs. They must have the ability to drive projects independently and push for high quality delivery on short timelines. This designer should have strong communication skills and have a proven track record of being a self-starter! *A portfolio is required for submission! This position can sit fully remote, and compensation ranges anywhere from $40-50/hr based on years of experience.
