Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that serve various business units and functions. The ideal candidate will participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications using a variety of development platforms, technologies, and tools. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical direction for individual initiatives.
Participate in the design and architecture of complex systems, utilizing new technologies to drive innovation.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software functionality and compliance with specifications.
Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Primary Skills:
Java: Proficiency in Java 8/11, including JAX-RS (REST) and Java EE (CDI, JPA, Bean Validation, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JSP, Servlets).
Spring Boot: Extensive experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Pay Rate: $58.27/hr - $68.27/hr

5+ years backend Java Development experience with a focus on Spring Boot Fraemework
Exposure to working on containers (docker/kubernetes)
Experience migrating/managing data using Kafka
Excellent verbal and written communication
Finanancial enteperprise experence (BOA heavily preferred)
Familiarity with MongoDB
