Technical Producer

Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is hiring for a Technical Producer to join their on-site team. This person will be sitting on-site in East Hanover, NJ 5 days a week 7-4. Responsibilities will include:

Event Management: Overseeing all aspects of event production, from initial consultation to final execution, ensuring a smooth flow and high-quality customer service.
Technical Support: Providing technical expertise and support for audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Coordination and Communication: Acting as a liaison between various departments, support staff, and vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Logistics and Maintenance: Managing event logistics, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Customer Service: Ensuring a world-class customer service experience by resolving issues quickly and efficiently

3-5 Years of experience as a technical producer
Well spoken, outgoing, and detail oriented
Ability to be professional and interact/ present to high level executives
Experience with tools such mixing boards, sound boards- understanding of how production tools work

Film/ broadcasting Background
Event experience
