Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Level 2 Desktop Technician with a strong background in both PC and Mac systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the field and demonstrate a coachable attitude, adapting to new processes and technologies with ease. This role involves managing mobile devices through MDM solutions such as Intune or AirWatch and ensuring secure access via Authentication DUO. The successful candidate will be coachable, eager to learn new skills, adapt quickly to change, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. A team player who can also work independently when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for both PC and Mac platforms, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune or AirWatch to configure devices according to company policies.
- Implement two-factor authentication with DUO to enhance security protocols.
- Offer VPN and remote support services to ensure seamless connectivity for remote employees.
- Operate within an environment managed by SCCM, Jamf, and Intune, maintaining system integrity and deploying updates as needed.
- Manage company data through SharePoint and OneDrive, ensuring proper access controls are in place.
- Support communication tools such as Slack and Zoom to facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Set up conference rooms with necessary technology for meetings, including audio/visual equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Proficiency in managing both PC and Mac systems
- Experience with MDM solutions like Intune or AirWatch
- Familiarity with Authentication DUO for secure login processes
- Knowledge of VPN configurations and remote support capabilities
- Experience working within environments utilizing SCCM and Jamf
- Competency in managing SharePoint sites and OneDrive folders
- Ability to set up communication tools such as Slack and Zoom is important.
