Insight Global is hiring for a Payroll Manager to join the Human Resources division of one of our Energy Infrastructure clients that specializes in the development and management of power generation facilities. This is a full time opportunity on a hybrid schedule based in East Brunswick, NJ.
The payroll manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the company's nationwide payroll functions including: processing payroll, inputting batches, bringing over timecards from time and attendance in ADP workforce, auditing timesheets, preparing journal entries for the general ledger, preparing journal entries and performing audits, managing payroll compliance with state and federal regulations, uploading 401Ks, and other ad hoc requirements. In this role, there will be collaboration with auditors, the accounting division, and various business stakeholders. For success in this role, it is required that this person be attentive to detail, a self-starter, and has great communication skills.
