Insight Global is looking for a Medical Coding Educator for our enterprise Hospital System client here in New Jersey. This person will act as a Sr Level Independent Contributor to help teach, educate, and audit the current staff of medical coders. This person should stem from a hands on Medical Coding background and has the ability to lead and teach a team of coders. This role will include one on one teaching sessions with coders, auditing their work and enabling them to find success in their role through training sessions, performance planning, and trajectories. This person will also conduct group training sessions to the team and be comfortable creating and presenting in front of a group setting. This role will be 100% remote and will need to work Eastern Standard Time zone hours and maintain working relationships with other remote employees.

2+ years as a Medical Coding Educator for a healthcare provider or hospital system
Medical Billing and Coding background for In-Patient Acute Care hospitals
Ability to audit and educate a medical billing staff
Strong understanding of ICD-10 methodology and standardizations
Ability to present training sessions in front of group settings
