Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a niche, rapidly growing segment of the healthcare industry. This HR Manager will be responsible for US based staffing and personnel management.
Day to Day:
- Update, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job postings reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting employment and reference checks
- Negotiate salaries, prepare and execute employment offers, and ensure all required personnel records are completed according to laws and regulations
- Conduct orientations for new hires and manage employee separations and terminations
- Arrange annual performance evaluations, establish performance goals, monitor progress, and implement processes to measure and improve HR performance

- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources manager
- Experience with employee hiring and discharge, employee training, coaching, and counseling
- Ability to organize and plan activities of the team
- Knowledge of the specialized functions of Human Resources Management
- Bachelor's degree
Experience as HR Manager at a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences company
