Java Developer

The Clinical Services Team is looking to add a Java Developer to their team for their Workflow Project. This project is focusing on enhancing the internal facing applications that Walmart Pharmacists use each day when servicing customers. The internal associates are interacting with a GUI interface, the front-end is built on ReactJS, NextJS is used for PDFs, and the back-end has 6 microservices with some of them being asynchronous. In this project, you will be updating the internal facing applications and creating feature enhancements to have strong monitoring on the applications. There are also working on consolidating the application environment to make it more manageable for the team. This is a long term opportunity within a growing team!

4+ years of strong experience as a Java Developer
Strong experience developing microservices from scratch
Experience with Kafka for streaming applications
Experience working in an Azure environment (AWS is okay, but Azure is strongly preferred)
Very strong ability to explain their previous projects and how they contributed to the teams goal clearly and concisely
