Pay Rate: $30-35. Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Consumer Experience team. You will partner with the Technology, Digital Experience, and the Brand teams to drive digital experience optimization for Consumer Health Brands. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end data gathering, visualizations, analyzing, and creating insights to increase the effectiveness and reach of products to the consumer. You will coach stakeholders how to gain insights from data and coach non-technical audiences how to leverage Google Analytics to identify metrics and prioritize insights.

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst at a CPG company in a marketing capacity
- 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, SQL & Tableau
- 5+ years of experience managing stakeholder communication & coaching non-technical audiences on google analytics data best practices & prioritizing data
- Previous Johnson & Johnson Consumer or Kenvue experience
