Insight Global is looking for a Program Lead to join a large global consumer healthcare company to lead and manage the IFM transition in a specific region. This Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing and executing the transition of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services from the current supplier to a new supplier across a specific region. This role will focus on ensuring a seamless transition at both manufacturing sites and commercial offices. The Transition Lead will work closely with internal stakeholders, the outgoing and incoming suppliers, and will be the primary point of contact to ensure that the transition is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- 10+ years experience in project or program management within Engineering or Facilities Services
- Experience leading an IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) supplier transition
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
