One of Insight Global's clients is seeking qualified Real Estate Coordinator's to join their growing team. This is a fast paced customer service position providing guidance and support to participants of the key real estate reward programs. In this role, you will aid home buyers and sellers throughout their move journey, from the initial program enrollment all the way through closing. This position is 100% remote from any location in the United States, but ideally are looking for someone who lives in central or eastern time zones.

- 2-3 years of customer service experience (retail, financial, call center, etc.)
- High school diploma required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Planning and organization skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient internet is required for working from home.
- Real estate knowledge preferred (home purchase, sale, or mortgage)
- Interest in real estate
- Bilingual English-Spanish speakers.
