Insight Global is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join the Global Learning and Development organization for a pharmaceutical company. This Designer will be dedicated to content design, learner experience, branding, and digital innovation initiatives. This individual will spend most of their time dedicated to projects related to company product launches. This role will partner with the Learner Experience Lead to understand the project goal and to execute design of content including graphic design and videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level L&D design as well as strong communication skills.

- 5+ years experience in instructional design in an enterprise-level environment
- Experience designing and building out eLearnings
- Extensive experience with Articulate
- Experience with video creation utilizing Camtasia, Beyond, or Animaker
- Experience with SharePoint Design
