Insight Global is looking for a Data Scientist/Data Consultant to join one of our largest financial clients in Jersey City, NJ three times a week onsite. This person will be joining the Data Management Technology Group on the Automation, Innovation & Modeling Team. This team is responsible for developing new ideas around automation, bringing in new data science and machine learning techniques, assess the challenges facing various groups, and in response define new solutions accordingly. On a day to day, this person will be responsible for working with a variety of business teams to go in and understand the gaps within their current environment utilizing the data, come up with the solution to remediate the issue and present it to stakeholders once complete. This person will be using a variety of tools such as predictive analysis, regressions, machine learning, etc to help create the best solution. It is important that this person has hands on experience utilizing R, Python and SQL as they will be using this daily.
