Candidate will be responsible for joining a high performing desktop support team as the Palo Alto go to person. Candidate will train all members of the desktop team on the features of palo alto prism access including the network and security parts. They will be designing and developing solutions alongside the networking and security teams to use the SASE product best across the enterprise. Candidate will be handling and tickets that come in related to the support of Palo Alto. They will make recommendations on how to fix the issues and report the resolution back to the ticket creator.

-3-5 years if experience doing network support/troubleshooting on SASE solutions (palo alto)
-3-4 years of traditional desktop support experience
-Experience working off of a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
-Ability and desire to teach other team members about palo alto prism access
-Experience working with the network and security sides of palo alto
* Palo Alto Prisma Access knowledge including troubleshooting policy flow (Autonomous Digital Experience Management experience a plus)
