Insight Global is looking for a Executive Assistant to join one of their large pharmaceutical clients. This individual be an executive assistant to the Global head of the Uro-Oncology but will also support his team of 10. This individual will have to plan travel, organize calendars, schedule meetings for the Global head. This individual needs to be able to work with a global team and communicate with many people. This individual will need to have the ability to develop relationships and build his/her network within the company. This individual needs to have past experience supporting a C-suit level personal. This role will be a hybrid 3 days onsite in Parsippany NJ.

10+ years of experience as an executive assistance for C-suite level
Strong ability to develop relationships via phone call, email, teams, in-person
Proficiency in event planning and coordinating schedules
Proficient computer skills
Pharmaceutical industry experience
