A large healthcare employer local south to south jersey is looking to hire a Healthcare Process Improvement Manager to their Patient Access team. This person will apply Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies to deploy projects aimed at reducing variation and eliminating waste within the Patient Access and Experience pillar. They will work with the data team to identify trends, observe and gather data to create and transform processes that will help with production flow and operations of the team/organization. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while harnessing technology and other innovations to improve the health of those within the health system focusing on exceptional patient/consumer experience and improved system performance.

- 8+ years of Healthcare process improvement experience (clinical, rev cycle, EVS) defining workflows for operational success
- Experience implementing processes with proven track record of successful pre/post implementation
- Experience working directly with stakeholders, creating/hosting presentations to upper leadership
- Bachelors Degree
Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification
