Job Description

Insight Global's Heathcare client is seeking a Break fix Technician to join their team at one of their acute care facilities in Morris County. This resource will be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support to all end users within the hospital. They should expect to handle anywhere from 5-12 trouble tickets per day, including but not limited to imaging, equipment deployment, password resets, mobile device management, and application support.



This candidate must be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment.



Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Must be COVID vaccinated

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Break fix support experience

Healthcare and EPIC experience (highly preferred)

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Mobile Device Management experience (MDM)

Excellent communication and customer service skills (will be providing at the elbow support)
