Insight Global is looking for a part-time legal assistant to join one of their clients in Morristown, NJ. Our client is a law firm specializing in criminal law, personal injury, and representation of public entities for over 95 years in New Jersey. This role would be on-site on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6-8 hours each day. The day-to-day responsibilities for this legal assistant are administrative in nature and include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Filing and scanning documents
- Answering phone calls and handling legal inquiries
- Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses
- Managing the attorney's calendar and coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Gathering and consolidating medical records pertaining to cases
