Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Win Room Analyst (Data/Sales Analyst) to join one of our largest Telecom clients and sit remotely. This person will be joining the newly implemented Transformation Office (TMO) and perform tactical/strategic analysis at the account/client, opportunity, sales activity, and KPI levels to identify gaps and drive impactful improvement/success. This resource will be pulling data from Salesforce and other sales reporting tools to inform win room decisions, ensuring that urgent deals are prioritized based on size, complexity, competitiveness, and strategic relevance.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years as a Data Analyst working to analyze sales metrics around client performance and team production

* Telecom/Contact Center industry experience

* Strong SQL experience and ability to pull/organize sales data

* CRM tools; Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or HubSpot

* Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Proficiency

* Experience creating sales analysis reports and presentations for key stakeholders; In-depth knowledge of sales planning

* Has deep prior experience working on a customer growth transformation

* Strong communication and ability to translate data for sales teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Python experience

* Familiarity with Power Query or SUM X within Power BI
