A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Tier 2 Support Technician to join their team in Morristown, NJ. This candidate will be working on onsite Monday -- Thursday and from home Friday. The Support Technician will be working in a call center environment, troubleshooting level 1 & 2 tickets, and be focused on in-office support. This candidate will An ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a ticketing system, troubleshooting Active Directory and have excellent customer service & multitasking skills.

* Basic troubleshooting experience with: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Cisco Any Connect (VPN)
* Remote troubleshooting experience or "remoting in" using SCCM, Citrix, InTune
