We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, working with internal Line of Business clients and IT infrastructure teams to properly assess, review, and conduct work sessions to identify business technical requirements related to public/private cloud and enterprise services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across Enterprise Architecture (EA), Digital Security Group (DSG), Domain Architects, Cross Functional Teams, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of cloud solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a diverse team of individuals.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and implementation of cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across EA, DSG, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into cloud solutions.
3. Oversee cloud migrations, ensuring seamless and efficient transition of systems and applications.
4. Design and implement cloud networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.
5. Develop and implement cloud security measures, including DNS, firewalls, Active Directory, and IAM, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
6. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) principles and tools to automate and streamline cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
7. Translate high-level designs into low-level engineering documents, producing technical architecture documents and designs.
8. Implement cloud-native patterns and best practices to optimize application performance and resilience.
9. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of cloud architects and engineers.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of cloud solutions with existing systems and processes.
11. Demonstrate specific examples of successful cloud architecture projects and solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on cloud migrations at an Enterprise scale. Experience with leading On-Prem migrations to the Cloud.
3. Expert level certification in a major cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
4. Advanced level proficiency working with Azure framework and governance such as CAF, ESLZ, ASB, MCSB.
5. Comfortable with Cloud Native Architecture and Patterns around Data, AI, Containers/K8s, etc.
6. Strong domain knowledge across DNS, firewalls, Active Directory, and IAM.
7. Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) principles and experience with relevant tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins).
8. Proven ability to translate high-level designs into low-level engineering documents, producing technical architecture documents and designs.
9. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of individuals.
10. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across EA, DSG, and clients.
11. Self-driven and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
