Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Secret Desktop Support Technician in support of one of are large federal clients in Moorestown, NJ. This candidate will be responsible for customer support through daily hands-on tasks in order to ensure that everything is running smoothly for the customer. This individual will coordinate with leadership in regards to customer tickets through the NMCI ticketing system to provide necessary configurations, troubleshooting, equipment set-up/maintenance, etc. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

* Participates in the execution of various IT tasks and projects, including the allocation of IT hardware and software, and the development and maintenance of tracking resources for AEGIS TECHREP

* Supports activities related to Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Enterprise Tool (NET) and service acquisition and deployment

* Provide support for the development and execution of IT procurement, as well as annual budget planning activities for AEGIS TECHREP

* Assist in general end-user IT/system administration functions, addressing issues such as Microsoft Windows OS, and troubleshooting desktop applications (Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc.)

* Facilitate troubleshooting for NMCI Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) desktop/printer hardware

* Manage authorization and creation of all NMCI NIPRNet and SIPRNet account requests, serving as SIPRNet Trusted Agent (TA) for AEGIS TECHREP

* Act as SIPRNet Media Transfer Agent (MTA) to facilitate data transfers for end-users

* Coordinate Apple iPhone assignment/configuration for end-users via Enterprise applications

* Provide support for Incident Response (IR) activities in response to security incidents

Required Skills & Experience

* Associates degree within a related discipline

* 2-5+ years of experience within an IT role

* Basic networking knowledge (e.g. installation of networking, network devices (switches, routers, etc.), and network cabling)

* Strong familiarity with Apple IOS mobile platform

* CompTIA Security+ certification

* Active Secret security clearance
