Insight Global is looking for a Contracts Data Analyst for one of our clients in the Life Sciences industry. This person will be supporting a project where they are rationalizing their product portfolio and slowly moving the codes and brands to updated versions. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that the current sales contracts are in appropriate format to be converted to the new system seamlessly. The resource will compare the contracts to what is in the system to ensure that the architecture and hierarchy is accurate and in compliance. This includes the development and delivery of Customer Analytics (preparation of customer-ready analytics and materials for the field to support customer updates and negotiations) and Contract Administration (Contract executing, loading and tracking compliance). The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Skills in MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, summation, and standard functions
- Proficiency in MS Word including track changes and doc compare
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex / time sensitive environment
- Familiarity with Contracting, Quoting, Pricing or related business experience
- Concentration in Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing
- Proficiency in Model N Contract system
- Technical experience with Cognos/Clik
