Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Technician to provide executive support to our clients. The successful candidates will be stationed at the client's site and will be responsible for providing face-to-face technical support to scientists, executives, and doctors. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, personable, and professional, with excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to different clients' needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.

1-3 years of experience in desktop support utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Systems

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated and able to adapt to different clients' needs.

Personable, professional, excellent customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
