An employer is seeking an Organization change management lead to work for a large pharmaceutical client. This individual will be supporting a large Global Supply Chain initiative that will impact all functions that reside in the organization. On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for providing OCM practices, mitigating change impacts(coordinating/collecting change impacts), building communication plans, support the business readiness and change management and acting as the team lead for this project. He/she will also be responsible for creating a list of stakeholders, understanding organizational readiness and who its impacting as well as coordinating training materials (they will be built by the business). They will be responsible for putting together Communication plans (newsletters/townhalls/stakeholder meetings/accessing stakeholders) and change impacts (work w/ business to see whats changing and who its changing for -- if it is a high/medium or low impact and that spreadsheet of changes results in action items for training and change). The training developers team will actually be writing the training materials but this individual will be responsible for the tracking/escalating issues/coordinating. They are using the software Blue Yonder for supply chain management and operations.
- Project plan for Business Adoption & Training, project meetings, and status updates
- Attendance at key Region -- Business forecasting discussions
- Relationships with key stakeholders to bridge cross-functional gaps and influence others; may include partnering with leadership to drive top-down alignment
- Assessment of current state readiness/maturity and potential roadblocks to adoption
- Roadmap to stat adoption including related training and mitigation plans
- Training plans to drive regional maturity, training content, and successful training execution
- Accountable for stakeholder, business, and organizational adherence to plans
- Accountable for cross-functional coordination that supports a mature forecasting process
- Issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Analysis and inputs to support business adoption activities
- 7+ years of experience leading business adoption / organizational change management for system/technology implementations and/or leading a Demand Planning and S&OP process
o Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive organizational change management program, including assessing stakeholders' current state readiness and developing roadmaps to mitigate concerns and drive business adoption
- Leadership, delegation, and influencing skills and experience
- Capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels including executives
- Experience building strong collaborative partnerships cross-functionally, utilizing conflict resolution and facilitation skills
- Functional knowledge of and/or experience in Demand Planning
