Insight Global's client is a Canadian provider of luxury bathroom products. They are based out of Montreal but have several distribution centers across the US. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join their growing team 5 days a week onsite in their Mount-Laurel, NJ office from 8AM-4:30PM. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to deliver incomparable customer support to their customers.

Day to day this person will serve customers by providing world class customer service and resolving product and service problems via phone and email.
Capture required data and process through appropriate systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure speedy issue resolutions.
Help in the resolution of issues with products or services by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Contribute to the organizational success of the company by ensuring customer satisfaction, and team cooperation.
Cooperate with other departments when needed.
