Job Description

Insight Global's top pharmaceutical client is seeking a Omnichannel Lead to join their Omnichannel Marketing Strategy & Operations division. The consultant will assist with strategy and implementation/execution of brand campaigns. The lead will help deliver on their Omnichannel vision by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Brands, Digital, Advanced Analytics, IT, creative agencies, MLR review, etc. This consultant will be responsible for working across functions and brands to drive campaign execution through internal capabilities like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and corresponding digital channels in the connected customer journey. This person must have strong knowledge of email marketing/email channel, how it connects to other marketing channels, and understanding of the technologies behind integrating these channels. This role will be key in partnering with Brand and IT teams to develop taxonomy/tagging across digital/personal channels. They will also partner with Analytics/Data Science to uncover insights for omnichannel insights using SFMC as an enabler. Knowledge of commercial pharma data, Google Analytics, and Veeva CRM is a big plus.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing or Omnichannel Marketing Strategy, Operations, or Campaign Execution

Pharmaceutical Marketing experience (HUGE PLUS but not technically required)

Experience working with CRM (Veeva), Web Analytics (Google) Marketing Automation tools (SFMC Preferred)

Experience partnering with Brand Leaders, Business, Copy Approval, and IT to deliver marketing campaigns (Websites, Email Campaigns, etc.)

Deep Business Relationship Management experience between Brand and Operations leadership

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands on skills with Marketing Automation technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, etc.)

Hands on Skills with GA4

Experience with Agile Methodology
