Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies aimed at improving the client's brand presence, engaging target audiences, managing online reputation and driving business growth. This is a critical role in shaping the brand and fostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Candidates applying for this role must possess the ability to be a team lead, as this role is focused on developing social media strategies versus execution of existing strategy. The team strongly values individuals that stay up to date with the latest trends and social media platforms to improve engagement with customers across an abundance of social platforms. This role requires onsite presence in Morristown, NJ 3 days per week.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years' social media marketing experience across enterprise-level customers
Ability to serve as a team lead to design social media strategy and implement processes
Banking or financial services marketing experience
Experience reporting, monitoring and analyzing social networking activity and platforms and anticipating risk
Outstanding written and verbal communication, proactive thinker, strong problem-solving skills
Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Copywriting experience
Strong understanding of reputation management principles, strategies and tactics
Experience with social media and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Loomly, Hoot Suite Analytics, Emplifi Marketing Cloud, Zoho, Buffer, Crowdfire, Sendible, Khoros, Meltwater, Brandwatch, BuzzSumo, Falcon.io and Hearsay
